Guillermo Salinas
PRESIDENT · FOUNDER
Guillermo Salinas, P.E., is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida specializing in forensic engineering, structural evaluations, and litigation support. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami and later received his M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
After obtaining his P.E. license in 2016, Guillermo practiced at a large civil engineering firm before founding Salinas Engineering, Inc. in 2019. Since then, he has conducted more than 300 property inspections and has been involved in numerous depositions and engineering-related litigation matters.
His experience includes structural damage investigations, insurance claim evaluations, construction defect analysis, and expert witness consulting.
In 2022, he obtained his General Contractor (GC) license, adding practical construction experience to his engineering background.
